Getting started
Set up your household.
Almost everything early on is one of three things: creating your household, adding the people in it, or getting CircleNest onto your phone properly.
Using CircleNest
Plans, people and what you keep.
Plans, invites, circles and the things you keep all behave predictably once the difference between sharing and inviting is clear: sharing informs, inviting asks someone to take part.
- Plans and invitesCreating a plan, inviting a household, sharing without inviting.
- Kids and boundariesWhat a child can see and do, and how a parent changes it.
- Which situation is yoursTwo homes, blended households, circles, a new school year, a new baby.
- Who can do whatCoverage for household adults, circles, invited guests and kids.
Account and billing
Storage, plans and cancelling.
If a subscription ends, what you already kept stays viewable and exportable; new uploads pause until there's room again. Nothing you kept is held hostage.
Privacy requests
Your data, and your family's.
You can export what your household kept, and delete your account — recoverable for 30 days before removal. Requests about a child come through the parent who added them.

Email support@circlenestapp.com with what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots help. If you're already signed in, sending feedback from inside the app tells us which screen you were on.
We aim to reply within two business days. Anything involving a child's information or someone's safety is picked up by a person first, ahead of everything else.
CircleNest is not an emergency service. If someone is at risk, contact the relevant emergency services directly.
